C était une étape pour nous mais c est pres de Côme ce qui peut etre un atout. LIAM est très réactif pour répondre à nos questions .Le logement a du charme, style maison d architecte des années 70.

Le point négatif reste le canapé lit, il est catastrophique. Peut être juste destiné à des enfants.

Für die Rückreise von Korsika ganz gut gelegen.

Das Bettsofa im Wohnzimmer hat auch schon bessere Tage gesehen. Ich konnte nicht darauf schlafen. Insgesamt scheint in den letzten 20 Jahren nicht viel modernisiert worden zu sein.

La situation au calme. La parking facile. Quelques restaurants proches. Lac de come proche. Le contact avec le propriétaire facile. J'ai dû envoyer un message la veille pour avoir les informations pour la clé. Nous avons voyagé avec un petit chien et avons apprécié la maison clôturée.

Le devant lit n'est pas confortable car le matelas est trop fin. Avec quelques couvertures en dessous du matelas cela a fait l'affaire pour des enfants mais je ne conseille pas des adultes. Vu le nombre de commentaires a ce sujet,je pense qu'il faudrait le changer...

The loft was interesting (living room+kitchen on the ground floor, bedrooms on the 1st floor). Liam, the host, was super friendly and nice, getting the keys was super easy and convenient. Usually there is free parking in front, on the street, or you can park inside the fenced area for a small fee. The apartment was clean and had everything you might need for a family with kids. The location is convenient if you want to explore Como lake, and also Milan is close by. It has AC, although we didn't need it since it was not hot when we visited.

It's an old house, so lot of creaking noises. The main bed was super comfy, but not so much the other pull out ones. And being summer, there were tons of mosquitos, and there is not a single window with a net on it. So, you either don't open the windows, or open and let in swarms of mosquitos (and other insects). My recommendation for Liam would be to buy the cheapest nets and put them on at least some of the windows in each room.

Nice place to stay Apartament equipped with everything what we need , Patio and nice Garden …. friendly neighbourhood not far from Lake Como with was our first Point … few restaurants walking distance from apartment . Owners ar kind and friendly no problem with check in and out .. Plenty places to safely park a car …
