No towels given until I complain and only the next day evening, we are given towels. fridge not clean as we found previous guest watermelon left inside. We have to wait to long outside the gate, waiting for owner to reply on where can we get the key to enter house. Asking for deposit and never mention it when booking. She is so scared that we will distroyed her facilities until i hv to take all the room picture and facilities are in good shape before leaving. Told her that Im a hotelier and understand very well to keep the room clean and tidy.
