Sweet Rooms

Comfortable location, Easy access to transportation, less than 5 minutes from train station, 20 minutes from port. We went on a trip to Portovenere and 5 terre and this location was an ideal starting point to both trips . Room was very accommodating and spacy, including a mini fridge. The cleaning lady was really welcoming and nice.

Homeless people in the garden upfront was a bit scary I would recommend contacting them ahead of arrival since there is no reception

We greatly appreciated the location, room, and the hospitality of the staff. The accommodation's proximity to La Spezia Train Station, just a few minutes' walk away, was particularly convenient for traveling to and from other cities. The room we booked was spacious enough for 2-3 people, modern, and impeccably clean. The staff was exceptionally attentive, friendly, and welcoming, which enhanced our overall experience.

Our stay was overall very enjoyable. Avwashing machine could be a valuable addition for guests staying longer. Additionally, while the hair dryer was functional, there is some room for improvement. Despite these minor points, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! :)

It was really easy to check in & out! Great communication with the hosts. The room was very nice and clean, looks just like the pictures.

The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but overall a great clean bathroom!

The property is located very close to the train station and the historic center, just a few minutes' walk to either. The staff was very friendly and helped us store our luggage since we arrived a few hours before check-in. I appreciated that they cleaned the room every day, the bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The pillows were a bit too firm for me, but you can sleep fine without them.

We had a room overlooking an inner courtyard that seemed abandoned and filthy, so we couldn't open the window because the smell of pigeons was terrible.
