Beach and sea view

Super friendly host and property manager. Good communications at all times. Warung and bar in close proximity on either side of the property so you don't have to leave the area if you don't want to enjoying the nice view from the very comfortable living room. Comfortable beds. I enjoyed the fact there was no TV. You have a nice view, beach and bars nearby to enjoy.

Not a negative for us, however for future guests, please note its a good 80 meter walk downhill (steep steps at times) from car park to property. Staff will help with luggage if required.

The view is great. Edward is a very helpful guy, running the house.

There is no clear information on the very difficult access before booking. Tiny tiny fine prints on the bottom of the booking page, which no one ever reads. 140 uneven steps to get there, without light in the middle of the night. Wifi was down on 1st January. No backup plan and no data network due to the remote location in the cliff. No service / housekeeping on Jan 1st. No breakfast on 1st January. Beautiful location, but expensive for what it really is. Owner being obviously French, he feels line an obligation to plant a massive flag of Brittany (Bretagne)... What's the relevance of such regional flag in the middle of Pecatu??? Are there Javanese or Balinese flags in front of villas in the Golf du Morbihan? Is there a Front of Liberation of Brittany in Bali? Bretons, stop being so Bretons... And I'm half Breton myself.

the cleaner and host were responsive and did everything they could to ensure a comfortable stay.

The rugs under the beds in both bedrooms are very dirty and stained, the aircon upstairs didn't work and the stairs were difficult to access the top story.

The location was spectacular with restaurants at your doorstep, once down at bingin beach you don’t have to leave . Amazing views

You need to know before coming that the 153 stairs are to the villa which is right on the beach , but worth it ,do not bring a suitcase as you will need a porter to get it to and from the villa , stairs are steep . The villa has no toilet upstairs and the only access up and down is via a spiral staircase , but don’t let that deter you we managed just fine .

What a great location, central to restaurants right at your door step with an added bonus on the beach. Even though a hike down to this beautiful location, don’t let this put you off, with assistance from the great Edwar who helped with our bags, what a great gentleman this place has working for them. Put the stairs aside this place was worth the serenity and beauty that this place has to offer. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure we had a beautiful stay. The food around this location was amazing, the beach was fantastic for a swim and for a surf for my youngest 8 year old son. The bed was comfortable and the villa was clean. If you want to stay in for the night you can cook upstairs and relax in the comfort of the villa looking at the sunrise or sunset. A beautiful villa that we would certainly return to.

Location is amazing, just footsteps from the beach. The view is also unreal. Edward was so helpful and amazing, anything we needed he was more than happy to help!

The electricity drops in and out which affects the aircons, but that is of no fault to the villa.
