"Good owner and area but bad unit."

The area and building was ok and had 2 available parkings. The owner was friendly and accomodating.

The house on the 1st day was dusty, and the toilet was smelling like built-up moisture, I made a request, and the owner took care of it on the second day based on my availability. No hot water.

Don't have gas stove or microwave.. so, don't know how to cook..and the stained at the sofa..no water heater

I want to complain. The owner did not tell me in advance that the water heater could not be used. How can I take a bath without a water heater when I bring my children，and living rooms air-conditioned also no working .There is no sense of responsibility at all. I am very dissatisfied.

Nice location not very jam& got Coway water dispenser

Only got one room have AC living room AC not functioning And also dont have hot water in bathroom also not functioning
