Instructions needed for the hot water for the shower

Very difficult experience with owner. Booked and showed confirmed weeks in advance. Multiple messages sent to let know our arrival time of 3pm. No response. Arrive and find locked. While standing outside , I sent multiple messages via WhatsApp again with no response. Phone calls with no answer. Was about to give up and start looking for other accommodation which can be extremely difficult in Corniglia in the evening. Finally they message back with instructions on accessing the key. Very frustrating experience!! I do not recommend due to this piss poor communication. Expect better. This is NOT acceptable

A great apartment with an amazing view. Close to the city center and the room had all the necessary facilities.

This is lovely apartment, perfect for a single, couple or family - the kitchen is fine, there is a small balcony, and an amazing view from the window of the comfy bedroom.

It was difficult to communicate with the host - replies were sometimes short and unhelpful and I had to call twice, speaking in italian, to get info on how to enter. Bad news if your phone is out or there is no reception (or you speak no italian). So be ready to have phone conversations at the start.

Location and comfort.

The advertisement promised a washing machine. We arrived with washing to do form earlier in our trip. The machine was not working. The owner did a small load for us, but it was inefficient in terms of time and quantity.

The place is not easy to find because in Google map the location is wrong. There's a narrow path on the left of the road after the check point cabin that you need to walk into to reach the property
