Apartamento limpo e aconchegante. Correspondente às fotos e à descrição. Relativamente ao apartamento tudo perfeito.

A parte menos boa foi o estacionamento. Existia estacionamento no prédio, no entanto estava sempre ocupado, portanto o estacionamento privativo que se refere, não existe, só existe mediante disponibilidade. Por sua vez, o estacionamento nas imediações também era escasso, local onde as pessoas têm por hábito estacionar em cima do passeio, ou até mesmo estacionar atrás dos carros em que para sair tínhamos que estar a apitar.
