Emplacement. La gentillesse de la propriétaire et sa réactivité par message. L’extérieur de la maison atypique.

Matériel vieillissant. Plaque de cuisson qui n’est pas assez puissante pour faire bouillir de l’eau. Les chocolats de bienvenue qui nous avait été gentiment proposés ☺️ mais que nous n’avons pas eu.

The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free, with excellent communication from Susan, the host, throughout our stay. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, with very comfortable beds, and perfectly situated for an authentic bush experience. It’s fully self-catering, with all the utensils you could possibly need thoughtfully provided. Our kids absolutely loved the small private pool, and watching wildlife pass by was truly breathtaking. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

On check-out day, the cleaning staff arrived quite a bit earlier than expected. Having them come about 45 minutes before the official check-out time (09h00) would feel more comfortable, rather than waking up to people already seated outside.

It was magical, we saw many animals very close

Lots of bugs inside the property. Steps are very small, a bit of a hazard

THIS PROPERTY NOW HAS NEW PEOPLE RUNNING IT. .Had to collect keys no problem /walked into the property and it looked as if it had bEED STRIPPED BARE Even stripped no tv so no need to use the sitting room, no tv in bedroom. Tv was offered and we waited one whole day for it to be delivered but didn’t turn up pool never used as was covered and not clean only half the house had electric so use of the house was the kitchen. With no washing machine. AND ONE BEDROOM As had been removed by previous owner the one we booked with. We had one towel each and a hand towel so had to purchase towels as this was not enough for 6 days. No cleaning etc, although we had a problem with hot water which was dealt with extremely fast

Loved the wildlife, but started badly with abrupt emails changing the time for checkout. Which was different from the time on booking .com. So started off quite rude. And to be honest we did ask for a refund so we could go elsewhere. Was told we didn’t pay too much when we booked. That’s not our problem. Booking.com shows the price and you book accordingly
