"One big scamIn"

i Beware, this is a scam! I booked the property the day before. Everything was fine until I showed up at the designated time at the given address. No one let us in, despite repeated attempts to contact them. Even the help of the host's neighbor was of no help. At 2 a.m., the host notified us of a no-show, after waiting for three hours. To no avail. In Serbia, you book, and the host charges you cash. If you don't show up, they charge your card for the full amount. At this property, they won't let you in, then they report you as a no-show, and... they keep all the money for you, no one involved.
