The fact that their maid has no communication skills and barged into our room unannounced and then proceeded to runaway and try to hide. The room 203 doesn't have any security to properly lock the door so I had to put a chair in front of the door. If I hadn't done that then she would have really gotten a true show. Even the staff apologized to my husband and assured him that we would be completely compensated. When we called Monday morning to speak to the manager he became irate and only offered to pay us 15 dollars. He finally agreed to reimburse us for the price of the room as long as we didn't book there again. But then when we showed up to sign for the reimbursement he completely refused and once again became irate and beligerent. We are now trying to find the owners of the property to inform them of the low class individual that they have as a manager.

I was not given a room, even though I booked a reservation on Booking.com when I arrived they said they were all full. The guy working reception (keps) would not answer the phone. He answered the phone once then wouldn’t answer after that. We called more than 20times and he admitted to just letting it ring. All we wanted was a refund.
