ALICE STUDIO Apartment

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in coppia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è spazioso, fresco e con cucina attrezzata. Posizione comoda, a 10 minuti da La Spezia e vicinissimo alle Cinque Terre. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Zona tranquilla con parcheggio libero proprio davanti. Consigliatissimo!

Een onwijs fijn verblijf gehad! Het appartement heeft werkelijk waar alles en is tot in de details mooi afgerond. Wij hadden een klein ongelukje met de auto toen we aankwamen en de eigenaar heeft ons hier fantastisch mee geholpen. Het is goed te doen om vanaf het appartement Cinque terre te bezoeken. Echt een aanrader!!!

L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel et très agréable. Il est bien situé pour visiter les cinque Terres. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très gentils et se montrent disponibles en cas de besoin. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut: man erreicht die Region Cinque Terre mit dem Auto ganz schnell, man kann sogar fast direkt vor der Haustür Richtung Manarola/Riiomaggiore wandern (ca. 3 Std. Wanderweg). Das Bett ist sehr gut und angenehm (sehr bequeme Matratze). Geräumiges Bad. Man findet so gut wie immer ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt nicht zu wünschen übrig. Last but not least: unsere Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich sympatisch, hilfsbereit, haben uns sehr viele nützliche Tips gegeben (wie die besten Strände zu erreichen sind, wo man gut essen kann 😉 usw.). Viel besser geht es nicht.

Kleinigkeiten, nicht erwähnenswert, und die Gastgeber haben sowieso keinen Einfluss drauf . . z.B. der Müllwagen am Morgen der unnötigerweise in der engen Straße zu viel Gas gibt oder eine aufheulende Motorrad unten auf der Strasse. Gott sei Dank, sehr selten. Ansonsten liegt die Wohnung in eine sehr ruhige Gegend aber trotzdem nur ein paar Minuten von La Spezia entfernt.

Loved the host as she was friendly and helpful. The facilities were great and we enjoyed the stay there a lot.

The location is quite a drive from Cinque Terre which was our destination ultimately. Really the only “fault” I can mention.

The hosts were very helpfull at explaining the use of the Studio and the surroundings and very helpfull in all aspects. The Studio was a very nice and central place to stay when exploring 5 Terre Nat. Park, La Spezia, Portovenere and the sorounding landscapes. We had a lovely stay and can warmly recommend Alice Studio to anyone interested in exporing this part of the coast.
