Good location Nice staff Nice hotel areal

Bathroom was very impractical - for example the water drainage, i had water all over the whole bathroom floor after each shower.

Everything else, the staff, the hygiene, the location.

The road to enter your room, I know its aesthetic but is not very handy with a suitcase.

7/24 open coworking is so nice. Good location. Clean.

Room is a bit small tho. Using the shower results in floors getting wet.

The layout of the hotel is nice, the pool is good.

The room we were given must have been the worst in the hotel, strong smell of mould, the staff all hung out in a little corner next to our room, it must have been the area they were given for break to smoke and eat their meals. Other rooms in the hotel looked better so hopefully room 104 was the worst room in the hotel.

My stay at this hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which made the experience even more special. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming - you really feel at home here. The hotel is very cozy and peaceful, located slightly away from the main street, yet just a five-minute walk to all the main spots. One small thing to keep in mind, especially across Lombok during the rainy season: when it rains, there can be quite a lot of deep puddles on the way to the hotel, so be prepared to get a bit muddy. However, this is not a big issue and is quite typical for the area. The rooms are always very clean, housekeeping is done daily, and the breakfasts are delicious. Whenever I needed help or had questions, the staff were always attentive and ready to assist. They truly care about guests and make the stay as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s not very large, but thoughtfully designed in a way that feels private, calm, and уютно even when there are many guests. There is also a swimming pool, sun loungers, and lovely nature around, so even on rainy days you can relax and enjoy your time on the property. I would gladly return here again. The atmosphere is created with heart, and it’s one of those places you want to come back to again and again.

The team at TIKA are truly wonderful and incredibly helpful. Some of the most attentive and proactive staff I’ve come across in my travels, and they really made the stay feel seamless. The views from both the hotel and the rooms are absolutely beautiful, making it such a special place to wake up in each day. The co-working space is also a massive bonus and makes it perfect if you’re travelling while working remotely. A beautiful stay with genuinely exceptional hospitality and a big thank you to Zayyin!

The only downside during my stay was that there seemed to be a slight mould issue in the original room, which meant I needed to move rooms when I first arrived. That said, the team were very helpful and handled it quickly. I also noticed some black mould on the sunbeds by the pool, which could definitely use a refresh. Aside from that, the property itself is lovely, and the staff were so kind and accommodating throughout.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The property is set down a quiet street and has such a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The gardens are beautiful and really well maintained, which adds to the calm vibe. The rooms were spotless and everything felt very clean and well looked after. The standout was definitely the staff – they were incredibly friendly and attentive. Every interaction was warm, they always said hello, and anything I needed was sorted straight away, often followed by checking if I needed anything else. It really made the stay feel special. The food was also great – all meals, smoothies and juices were consistently good.

Honestly, nothing. I had a really great stay and everything met or exceeded my expectations.
