The gorgeous views, the friendly and helpful hosts, the little extras they were willing to organise without a fuss, and the walk-in wardrobe! 🤩

Great privacy with pool and large terasse and good grill

Lovely sunny west-facing location, high up the hillside overlooking Llandudno Bay. Well equipped kitchen. Wonderful views at sunset.

Rather a lot of soft furnishings / cushions and the rugs were a bit of a trip hazard. Some traffic noise from nearby road. No shops or restaurants in Llandudno although plenty of options in Camps Bay. The beach can be reached on foot - some may find the incline steep. Car parking near the beach limited.

The host Linda was wonderful - there to meet us and super responsive, friendly and helpful. The views from the villa are fantastic, and we saw some beautiful sunsets from the garden area, which has lots of great seating. The villa (and Llandudno itself) is very quiet and peaceful. It is a perfect place to relax and explore nearby areas. Linda provided a thoughtful welcome pack with tea, coffee and some treats, which was lovely to arrive to. There is parking close to the villa and the villa felt very safe and secure.

This is a great place to base yourself to explore other areas nearby, including Hout Bay and Camps Bay. This does however mean you’ll need to drive most places as there aren’t any amenities in Llandudno itself (although this is part of Llandudno’s charm, will fewer tourists, fewer cars and a much quieter beach). Our villa had a small kitchen area perfect for breakfasts but a bit tight for making dinner - a good excuse to eat out (or order delivery) instead! The pool and garden area are shared between 2 side-by-side villas, with a shared entry, so not fully private, but still lots of space just for our use.
