Wonderful modern property. 3 large bedrooms, very comfortable beds, large bathroom and shower and large outside dining table next to lovely swimming pool. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops of Marzamemi. The hosts are incredibly kind, generous and warm people who helped with groceries, restaurant bookings and recommendations re walking tracks and beaches. This spot is very special and Marzamemi not to be missed including the beaches of Di San Lorenzo and Di Ventica - they are amazing!!!

La casa è bella e confortevole, la posizione in prossimità del centro di Marzamemi e delle spiagge più belle della zona (San Lorenzo/Reitani) è uno dei punti di forza della struttura, la presenza della piscina rende il tutto un vero luogo di relax

Poco o nulla, consiglierei di aggiungere solo una lavatrice e di automatizzare l’apertura del cancello d’ingresso per migliorare la qualità dei servizi forniti

Struttura nuova con camere molto ampie e pulite. Abbiamo trovato caffè e biscotti per la colazione. Comodo il parcheggio auto all'interno della struttura. Tutto perfetto.

Great swimming pool, nice size rooms almost everything you need in the house. Wifi worked great. At the swimming pool, they even put up a fence while we stayed. See photo Also, they explained that the bottom part off the house will be converted into a b&b, and I can't wait until that is finished, so it will be even nicer too stay and its already great place. The owners are super kind and try to help with whatever you need. Also, the place is a little bit remote from town, like 20/ 25-minute walk, but we love that and wanted that only 5 min by car. At the end of the road is a beach place, but we recommend going to "Agua Beach" 5 minutes by car. The house is a lovely place and super nice people that own it. I hope to come back one day.

Well, there is nothing bad, but just missing a laundry machine, there is a place to do the laundry by hand. But in the next town (Pachino) is a place where you can wash and dry your clothes ( WASHLINE PACHINO). We used it a couple of times, and it's fine There is nothing bad about the house or the owners that was great.

A beautiful property in an excellent location! The hosts were FANTASTIC. They responded immediately to any requests we had and even brought us fresh pastries on more than one occasion!

Nothing really, although it would’ve been nice to have a washing machine.

Staff is very helpful and kind. Room very clean and comfortable, silent and facing an inner enjoyable garden. Nearby the archaeological park and about 20-30 min walk from Ortigia island
