The staff were polite and hospitable.

The water flow pressure was very low in the bathroom, so shower head was useless. Also, one would expect hot / warm water in the areas most used, like wash basin and jet spray, but the water was freezing, making the stay very uncomfortable.

Only difficulty I have faced is my airport cab couldn’t come to hotel bcz of steeply location but hotel has own cars
