Location is fantastic.

Some confusion about the booking between booking.com and holidaycottagesuk

Nice flat. Appreciated all the extras such as games, condiments, washing up liquid etc.

Big problem was that there was a leak through the ceiling on our first night (rain coming down the wall and through light bulb). Informed the agent but nothing was done until 3 days later when we were told to move out of the property within afew hours. We had to find our own alternative. Suggest the owner of the property changes agent. However did get a full refund from booking.com so thank you.

Great views. Easy parking. Beach just moments away. Decent kitchen equipment. Nice bathroom.

Listing mentioned washing machine, which is not in the apartment. This was a slight inconvenience as we have a toddler and a washing machine would have been useful.

The location is the thing! Wonderful views of the beach. Good there were bunk beds for grandson. Kitchen very good. Bathroom newly refurbished. Lots of cupboard storage.

Better instructions in house. There was more on the area than on apartment. E.g we only found out about using the door entry link by bumping into manager. As mentioned by others the bath is a steep climb out for the elderly. Unpacking is always a bit of an issue with heavy doors and steps, but it’s the price you pay for such a wonderful location.

This was self catering. The views from the apartment and direct access, via steps, to the beach was simply wonderful. Most kitchen equipment was provided, we were very comfortable.

There's a lovely new bathroom but, the bath height was half way up my thigh, I'm 161cm tall,and it was a bit of a tight space to literally climb into the bath. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to older people or those with mobility problems. There are steps up to the main entrance and two flights of stairs down to the apartment. It's a bit of a tussle moving in and out at the start/ finish of the visit.

beds very uncomfortable - sheet put straight on top of bare mattress without mattress cover. Poor facilities in kitchen eg number of basic necessities like oven gloves were missing making it hard to self cater

The apartment is in a superb location overlooking Caswell Bay. The Gower Peninsula has some of the best coastal scenery & superb beaches in Britain. The lounge has a superb view over the bay.

It didn't affect us personally but there are steps up to the entrance hall and 2 staircases down to the door of the apartment. Older people or those with a disability would find it very difficult.
