Good space and enough room

Didn't provide necessities, just cleaning supplies. The front lock box is broken, and the yard was a mess front and backyard. House was not clean. Under the bed, it was filth, and so were the floors. This house was not cleaned outside or inside prior to my stay. Oh, and I had to pay her $219 more by an email payment request from PMI tyler. I picked the place for the price. If I had known I would have to pay more, I would have stayed in a different area.
