Rooms were nice, property was peaceful.

Restaurant cleanliness and hygiene was sub-par. And not much of a view from any of the rooms across the hotel.

Everthing and above all the staff was amazing

The hotel is just beautiful, the staff extremely helpful soft spoken, BUT it's very much away from the Mall road, to reach the Mall road we need to go down 13 kms and come back on those zigzag roads so almost 25 km up down. Nothing to do at the hotel WiFi connectivity not good. That's what is the most negetive issue, hence we cut short our trip to 1 night stay instead of 2 nights

The location is actually quite remote. Although the work of roads is ongoing, so I hope the next time that we visit it'll be easier to access.

Breakfast was average

Housekeeping was pathetic. After room cleaning, there was dirt on floor, used cups/glasses were not changed, balcony was not cleaned, toiletries were not refilled. Even after calling the reception / housekeeping twice no action was taken
