"Close to bus stop and beach"

Remodeled third floor walk up apt with modern amenities and a nice balcony. Picked up the key on way to the apt. Firm comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen.

"Your home away from home, but close to the beach :) You can feel the care from hosts"

Everything, but specially the host Adele who is absolutely a sweetheart. Location is amazing, all the apartment is really cozy/clean/comfortable, appliances are nothing but the best you can have to feel 100% at home.

"An excellent place to stay and we hope to return."

Recent remodel, very clean, well equipped kitchen, windows front & back for cross ventilation. Unit could sleep 4 easily (plus maybe a child on the sofa). Bathroom fully equipped and has a European washer (functional but long cycle times), no dryer (hang the clothes to dry on the lines on front balcony). Bathroom is long and narrow, so it’s a bit of a dance getting in an out. :) Not a bad thing, just an observation. Back balcony faces terraced hillside greenery. Front balcony faces into parking area, but so do the balconies of all the other units. That means there’s a lot of friendly neighborhood chatter between the front balconies as you hang your laundry. A 5 minute walk will take you to beach, shopping or restaurants. Our host Adele met us to provide keys, and was quick to respond when we had questions. Whatsapp is her preferred communication tool. Adele has limited English, but we were able to use Google translate and Whatsapp messaging to conduct all our business (much laughter while going back and forth). In an emergency, Adele has a friend who can translate for her.

I can’t think of anything to improve.
