LuzBay Pool Apartments

I like the amenities in the villa like the pool, playground and the Italian restaurant nearby. Also, it is pretty safe.

On our 7 nights stay, there was no cleaner sent. We were not provided with towels for the bathroom and for the kitchen. There were some areas that are not properly cleaned like the sofa in the living room that were with sands beneath it. The dining table feels sticky or greasy. Some kitchen utensils were not cleaned. There was no chopping board provided. The clothes for hanging is broken and rusty. The electricity was down one entire morning. I guess, it went back in the afternoon. We have to go out as there was no chance of cooking, boiling water or watching TV.

Location good, breakfast good

Key pickup in a different town with limited time window before surcharge addition. Rental agents extremely difficult to communicate with and gets response. Key missing from apartment rear door, had to wait 2 days for replacement. Lock on Main door to block broken, so got locked out on 1 occasion. No cleaning or change of bed linen/ towels for duration of week long stay. No toilet roll replacement.

Not that great, and only found it on the door steps when leaving the apartment for the day , we had already eaten breakfast, and the cereal wasn't enough for 3 person. So over all quite bad for what we paid for the apartment

Well enough for 3 people and all being the same not having different products in there, and the person who had dropped it off could of let us know it was there

The place was really good for the price and the location was also great.

It was a bit dirty and had dust and had things broken.
