Booking site said there would be cribs and staff member said they had cribs they could offer but didn't find any after we paid them. They did not care. Staff didn't fulfill their promise of finding cribs. We booked 2 rooms. They weren't as clean as we had hoped. Stains on the carpet and smell of smoke. They have smoking rooms right next to nonsmoking rooms. They should be on separate floors but they're right next to each other. Overall, not a good choice for someone with a family or kids.

The bed was not made at all, we were 3 people staying in the room but were provided with one towel. We were not provided with towels even though we requested them repeatedly until at last we were. Filthy carpets, dismissive staff and the shower door didn't close, flooding the toilet when used,
