Clean, simple, spacious. Well located for my needs, you could get out quickly to the tram/metro/buses in all directions. Good internet. Decently equipped kitchen.
Maybe the layout of the kitchen, somehow difficult to reach for cutlery, but is a minor thing. I would recommend cleaning the windows once per month and to add some hooks on the door in the bath (the ones which can be hanged on upper side of the door). Could be useful to leave your clothes before going to shower and to And to add a black tea in the kitchen too. Not everyone is ok with the green one.

The entire area is nice and quiet, apartment is really nicely renovated and fully stocked
