It is located across the road from Ninh Binh train station.

The hotel couldn't find our booking when we arrived. When we finally got our rooms they were dusty, dirty and looked like they hadn't been maintained in years. There was no toilet paper, the fridge wasn't plugged in, clumps of hair on the ground. The showers didn't have hot water and we couldn't find any staff again when we tried to check out. We ended up leaving our keys on the reception desk.

Un arredo veramente interessante

Siamo arrivati la sera, come concordato, e abbiamo trovato tutto chiuso. Con grande fortuna, bussando più volte, la signora ci ha aperto. Diceva che non c'era alcuna prenotazione. Le ho mostrato la pagina di booking. Discussioni, tutto ciò ovviamente senza sapere l'inglese, finché, dopo alcune telefonate e un po' di attesa, in qualche modo la signora ci ha liberato la stanza che avevamo prenotato. Che non era particolarmente pronta (sporca, un bicchiere usato, asciugamani mancanti, ecc. Almeno non ci ha lasciati in strada)

The room was very comfy with the softest bed I have ever slept on Everyone was so friendly, hospitable and helpful

One bathroom had a slight drainage problem but this was an immediate fix by moving us to a better room
