PLДобрый день! Апартаменты очень понравились! Мы останавливались втроём — места хватило всем. Внутри есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Кровати удобные, спалось отлично. Наши окна выходили на стройку, но шума совершенно не было — отдых ничто не мешало. Из минусов: бойлер и стиральная машина находятся на балконе — было немного необычно выходить туда, чтобы включить/выключить бойлер. За неделю проживания один раз отключали свет, и лифты не работали — пришлось подниматься пешком на 13 этаж. Также стоит учитывать, что на весь дом (36 этажей) всего два лифта, поэтому иногда возникала очередь. В целом впечатление очень хорошее — рекомендую!
BYЧистая, уютная квартира. Хорошая локация. В квартире имеется все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Цена оправдала ожидания. Отличная коммуникация с хозяином.
Квартира находится в здании, в котором еще не закончен ремонт, также строительные работы ведутся рядом, из-за чего иногда может быть шум, но нам это абсолютно не мешало.

The builiding is new and some finishing works are going on , but this didnt interfere at all with our vacation

The apartment is located in an unfinished building, construction works are in progress all around, machines are heard all day, there is a lot of dust on the terrace. The storm goes out occasionally because of the works.
LTExcellent, clean apartment in a new building. Everything in the apartment is thought out to the smallest detail. Good location. Responsive owner. All household appliances and furniture are new. The apartment is located on the 13th floor out of 36. The balcony faces the courtyard, so it is quite quiet. I recommend ....
Since the house is completely new, renovations are still ongoing in some apartments. And you can hear it sometimes. The pool in the house is not yet finished, but you can use the pool and SPA in the house opposite . There is currently only one elevator in the building. But this does not overshadow the overall review of the apartment.
