Very worst stay I see, bathroom door is not close. I book for 3 members and they didn't not allow bcz one female there so I only stay there. I asked for checkin they say 3 members cost and 1 member cost is same. After the stay I inquired about they saying before the checkin why didn't not ask. So I feel like I get in scam

Hello Team, I would like to report a serious issue regarding my hotel booking. The hotel staff denied accepting the booking at the rate shown on your site and demanded a higher amount. Their behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional, which is completely unacceptable. I would also like to inform you that I paid the full amount online, and due to the hotel’s refusal, the booking was cancelled after payment. Therefore, I request you to refund my entire amount at the earliest. Additionally, I sincerely request you to not trap customers by showing unrealistically low prices. Please do not display low prices merely to attract customers if hotels are not willing to honour those rates. This practice causes inconvenience, loss of trust, and mental harassment to customers. Kindly look into this matter seriously and provide a prompt refund and proper resolution. Regards.
