1. The washroom was leaking the entire time and despite informing the staff there, no one came and fixed it. 2. The lift did not work for an entire day and it was hard for senior citizens to climb up and down for 3 floors.

Hot water was not provided in the morning, in spite of early intimation. Lift was not working, rooms were provided in 2nd floor and 3rd floor. After repeated argument, there was no room boy to carry our luggage of 6 persons. Receptionist carried only 2 luggage as a great favor. Staff were arrogant and rude...
