The Italian couple is absolutely the sweetest! Google Translate was used to communicate with each other but there were no issues. Had no problem understanding the information Giorgio was sharing with me. We were a group of 5 split into 2 rooms with a shared common area. Worked perfectly for us. Lodging was immaculately clean, modern and comfortable. Street parking was available for our large US sized minivan. Train station was an easy walk to get to Cinque Terre and Pisa.

Giorgio und seine Frau sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und super sauber. Die Einrichtung entspricht genau den Bildern und ist sehr modern. Kein Vergleich mit anderen Unterkünften in Italien. Die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit zu kochen. Der Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und auch der Bahnhof ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir werden wiederkommen.

La estancia fue excepcional en todos los aspectos. La habitación amplia, limpia y con todo lo necesario y tal cual se describe. Los dueños magníficos. Simplemente darle las gracias por todo.

+ Gastfreundlichkeit 11/10. Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und herzlich. Hatten viele Tips und Infos parat und haben sich um unseren tollen Aufenthalt gekümmert. Dazu zählt auch eine reibungslose Kommunikation. (Deutsch/Italienisch) +Sehr sauber. +Sehr gute Lage (Bahnhof Migliarina, Ipercoop, Bushaltestelle Nr.3 direkt ins Zentrum) +Stabiles Internet. +Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. +Sehr schöner Garten, mit Sitzmöglichkeit.

Ich hatte das große Glück, in der wunderschönen Wohnung von Giorgio und Nadia wohnen zu dürfen – und ich kann nur sagen: Es war einfach perfekt! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch top gepflegt, hell und sehr komfortabel. Man merkt sofort, wie viel Liebe zum Detail hier steckt – vom stilvollen Interieur bis hin zu den kleinen Annehmlichkeiten, die den Aufenthalt so besonders machen. Giorgio und Nadia sind wunderbare Gastgeber: herzlich, professionell und immer ansprechbar, falls man etwas braucht. Sie sorgen dafür, dass man sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen fühlt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ebenfalls hervorragend – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, mit allem, was man braucht, in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Appartamento comodo, pulito e fornito di tutto. Proprietari estremamente gentili e disponibili. Posizione ideale per visitare in treno o in bus le 5 terre, Portovenere e la rivera levante. Consigliatissimo!

Lo que mas me gusto fue la atencion de sus dueños! super atentos y preocupados de nuestra estadia, tanto durante como en los dias anteriores a nuetra llegada! lugar seguro y tranquilo! Super recomendable!

Le due coppie che gestiscono la struttura sono incredibilmente gentili e disponibili. Mi hanno mostrato tutto ciò che potevo fare e sono sempre state presenti per noi tre ogni volta che avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. Si sente davvero che mettono cuore e amore in quello che fanno. Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo: tutto era molto pulito e curato, niente di sporco. L’arredamento è bello e accogliente, e anche la posizione è davvero ottima. Avevamo una lavatrice, uno stendibiancheria per asciugare i vestiti e persino una piccola terrazza semplicemente perfetto. Sono molto soddisfatto e consiglio vivamente questo posto!

Non c’è stato nulla che non mi sia piaciuto.
