It was absolutly beautiful. The place couldnt be faulted. The owners are lovely and welcoming. The views are stunning. 10 mins drive to the beach. Highly recomend we will be back. Thankyou 💕

The Spinney was in a lovely, remote part of the Yorkshire countryside, yet close to Scarborough and neighbouring attractions. The property was beautifully decorated with lots of space

It looks absolutely beautiful when you walk in but the floor in the bathroom was dirty and all the bed sheets was dirty and stained

Beautifully designed and presented - newly build barn conversion - great parking.

The room was tricky to find, the owners not there so we had to ask at a nearby shop who were helpful, but didn't know much about the property. The room was set up for one person when we had clearly booked for 2 - only 1 set of towels and 1 cup! Tea and coffee making facilities were extensive, but when we decided to use them early the next morning we realised that no milk had been provided. The owners did respond to our request and apologiesed for the oversight but too late for the morning cuppa and had no way of resolving the issue. Normally, I would not complain about this oversight, but at £140 a night, these details matter.

Our room 'The Spinney' was beautiful. There is a large circular bath in the room, a dressing table, plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and it was spotless. There is also a mini bar with chargeable items and the bed was so comfy! It is only a short drive, about 10mins to the seafront. The directions were clear and Kye was on hand if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and we would stay here again.

It could be made clearer with a couple of signs maybe about where the actual accommodation is, with it been on a farm.

The people were lovely and very talkative. Found the place very easily and the room was very clean and tidy.

There was no milk to add to coffees or tea.
