Sea front is really great if you have small children so you don't have to carry all the lagguage. Drinking coffee at the porch with an amazing view is really relaxing.

The only downside is the promenade between the house and the sea so I would suggest adding some additional curtains for a bit more privacy becouse the traffic doesn't stop till early morning hours. Adding some blinds to the windows to kitchen/living room would also be welcome due to privacy reasons.
