GBIt was the perfect location. A very charming heritage building with excellent decor. It felt like a grand palazzo. The room was really big and had everything I needed. The staff were lovely, in particular Daniela was excellent. She was extremely helpful, professional and friendly - really lovely to chat to too. I would highly recommend this place. It’s not a big hotel, feels much more intimate like a boutique guest house. It’s the perfect base for exploring beautiful Lucca.

CAWe loved staying at the Lucca Heritage! Pina and Daniela were incredibly helpful and accommodating- recommending restaurants and ways to travel around the area. The hotel itself was charming, warm and luxurious (our room - the Paulina- was massive with a sitting area). Daniela noticed that we had not come down for breakfast on our second day and had it delivered to our room. The customer service was excellent- beyond our expectations. We would definitely stay at Lucca Heritage again.

NLTot in de puntjes verzorgd , het personeel zo vriendelijk, enorm sfeervol ingericht, kortom van begin tot het einde subliem , geen andere woorden voor. Inrichting : dikke 10, hygiëne, beter kan niet, bedden enorm comfortabel, ontvangst, zo vriendelijk en allerlei handige tips. Kortom bezoekt u Lucca , boek deze accommodatie, 5 sterren is eigenlijk nog te weinig. Zelf voor de ontheffing van ZTL zone voor de auto werd geregeld ❤️👌
