NLWij waren aangenaam verrast: in werkelijkheid is het mooier dan op de foto's! De cottage is niet zomaar een vakantiehuis, maar een huis waar we ons helemaal thuis voelden, met alles erop en eraan. De eigenaars zijn super vriendelijke behulpzame mensen. Het is gelegen op een langoed, dat parkachtig is aangelegd. Vanaf het huis kun je gelijk starten met wandelen. Het is er enorm rustig, je hoort geen auto's. Onderweg zie je herten, het krioelt van de eekhoorns, een fazant onder je raam, een uil die 's nachts roept. We verbleven hier in de winter en het was er al heel mooi, we komen graag een keer terug om in het voorjaar het liefelijke Sussex te ervaren.
