Self-Contained Studio Private Bathroom Sleeps 2

I had an excellent stay at this property. The apartment was immaculately clean and situated in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood - perfect for a good night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable. Street parking was convenient and readily available with no hassles. The kitchen was particularly impressive - equipped with everything I needed including both a conventional and microwave oven, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. Cleaning supplies were thoughtfully provided as well. The host provided clear, straightforward instructions for collecting the keys, which meant no waiting around or confusion at check-in.

The shower could use some improvement - an electric model might work better as the current one can be a bit tricky to regulate both temperature and water flow. However, with a little patience, you can get it adjusted just right! This certainly wouldn't stop me from staying again.

When I mentioned needing an iron, the host went out to purchase one for me - such incredible kindness and hospitality! -grocery store within walking distance -value for money.

Easy to access, transport wise

No television, bathroom floors looked dirty

Location is to the north side of Nottingham, a little out of the city centre, however local travel links are very good. The area is a quiet residential one with easy access to supermarkets and take away premises. There is free on-street parking outside the property. The communication regarding the stay was excellent and timeous - responses to my queries were prompt and helpful.

A minor issue is that a television is listed but there was not one in the room where I stayed.

The apartment was clean. Cooking facilities were available with essential pots, pans and a utensils. Parking facilities outside the property. Quiet location with local shops within walking distance.

The shower needs attention. The water temperature was difficult to gauge and would change mid shower to cold . The bed was soft lumpy and unstable the middle foot of the bed collapsed while sitting on it.

Nice size of room, well equipped kitchenette with all I would need, bed and bedding very comfy, quiet location, perfect for a few days stay.

The only things that were slightly annoying, The bathroom was a bit cramped and the shower water temperature for some reason very very inconsistent and slight adjustments varied water temperature massively.

Well thought off amenities. Excellent location - just 6 minutes drive to Nottingham city hospital.

No WiFi! First it wouldn’t let me connect, when it did, there was no network Not good data reception either - which is what I had to use to make the essential calls. Mattress was very soft- not ideal with people having a bad back.

There is NO TV. Very unusual. For a fully furnished apartment. Spoke to owner and wasn't interested.

The location was perfect and the room was very well equipped. WiFi was excellent and parking was not a problem. Takeaway and convenience store just over a one minute walk from the property. I will definitely book again.

The main light in the room, (Flat 3), wasn't bright enough. Needs a brighter bulb and a much lighter coloured light shade. The mirror above the bed needs moving to the wall next to the table. Nice bathroom, but shower cubicle felt a bit claustrophobic. Bathroom needs a shelf to hold toiletries. Roller blind for the window is very squeeky and I'm certain other guests could hear it. Venetian blinds would be far more suitable.
