The towels were so small that they couldn't even wrap around a normal human body. There was nearly no shampoo, and the tiny amount provided wouldn’t even be enough for one showering. We are staying for two nights, and yet they’ve left us with a single-use portion that’s insufficient even for one wash. Additionally, there was no bath mat. We had to use a hand towel as a bath mat. Furthermore, the parking was advertised as *private*, but it was absolutely not. The parking spot was in an unsecured area accessible to anyone. It is just an apartment parking place, not a private parking place. So, anyone coming to Lidl could park there, or it the parking space could be full, with no room left for you. Misleading guests by claiming it’s private parking is not only dishonest but also borderline fraud. The house had an overwhelming smell, as if it had never been aired out. The cleanliness was extremely poor. We wanted to have a cup of coffee, but the kettle was covered in limescale. The limescale even ended up in our coffee, so we couldn’t drink it. Additionally, the room was freezing. We had to sleep with the air conditioner on for heating, yet it still wasn’t warm enough. On top of that, the air dried out our skin and throats, and we couldn’t sleep properly. The location was also very far from the city center. So, when you return with a bus, it is still a long walk with not so safe looking neighborhood. The host’s behavior after seeing my low rating was extremely inappropriate. They contacted me via my private phone number, questioned my rating, and insisted that the issue was with me, not with their property. They claimed that everyone else was satisfied and that my dissatisfaction was entirely my fault. This was incredibly rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It is just borderline harassment. If you don’t like the property, be prepared for a very difficult unpleasant attitude from the host.

Everything was very clean, new, well receiving, and The place quiet. I love it and i recommend with all my heart

The location and ease of getting public transportation to and from Verona. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. A very nice place to stay.

This is being spoiled, but a few cooking supplies like oil, pepper, etc would have been nice.

The just was so sweet and accessible to all my messages. The apartment was very comfortable with all the amenities.

I didn’t have a car so the location was not central enough for me.

A bit noisy from neighbours and the street at some moments.

The room is very clean and cosy. Very good contact with the owner. Good location, close to the train station and around 30 min walk to the city centre. Free parking space near by.
