Loved the view and location

No toilet paper, cofee and tea salt and pepper,shower gel / soap. Bath plug doesn't work. Kitchen tap broken. TV impossible to work or remote not working. Not very clean bugs crawling out from the tiles in bathroom 1 shower and water is cold. For the price you pay ,I was disappointed. Had some old man come check up on us twice a day to see what we are doing. Was very uncomfortable .

Fantastic location, on the water's edge with 2 restaurants and a convenience store within 50m. The apartment is modern with high-end appliances and quality finishes bedding, cutlery and crockery. Lots to do for our teenage boys.

The second bedroom is quite dark with very little natural light, as it is on the "passage" side of the apartment building.

Totally LOVED the view!! It is definitely value for money. We really enjoyed our stay! The host were very responsive to requests, and made the self check in very easy! Everything you need is in the apartment! Also liked the fact that you can enjoy activities like Putt putt, canoeing, pool, pool table etc. Close to restaurants! We will definitely be back in the future!

The view over the Marina is excellent. The property is well equipped with everything you need.

There was no water on arrival. Tried to phone the agent, Charlene, but she only responded more than 2 hours later. It was a struggle to sort out the water. Every morning we wake up with no water. Charlene never answered her phone and I stopped phoning her knowing that it didn't help. The problem continued and never was there any attempt to really fix the problem. I asked for a discount and Charlene's only reaction was that I can get a 10% discount if I book again through her implying no discount just that the owner don't need to pay Booking.com a fee. I am also wondering why will somebody book the same unit if a problem could not be fixed whist staying in the problem. In South Africa we are used to failure on utilities but this as not a utility failure but a device failure in the apartment. Its amazing the owner want to charge you more for small infractions such as leaving dirty dishes but don't expect any apologies from them if something is wrong The agent nor the owner even tried to contact me to apologies for the water problem and only offered me a discount on further bookings after my complaint.
