The location and property style was to our liking.

Insufficient power sockets in kitchen and bedroom but an extension lead would solve it.

Ideal location for buses. Plenty of shops including supermarket 5 minutes up the road. Property was homely and well equipped. Would certainly book again if visiting Edinburgh

Location. A long way from the city center and train for a short stay. Good buses, once you work them out

Lovely big windows! lots of space considering what we paid. The host was super helpful and accommodating. its right next to the most helpful bus rout.

Hallway to the flat is cold and a wee bit creepy for the kids.

We loved everything about it really. The big windows, the natural light, despite being close to a main road, it was really quiet and peaceful. A lot of convenient places to pick up food/groceries.

This is not in any way negative, since we understood the bathroom was small and there’s only so much you can do, but it was a bit of a tight squeeze when sitting on the toilet, or in the shower.

We enjoyed our stay at the the property. It is a very spacious apartment, with a nice small kitchen and a lovely decor throughout the property. The location is about half hour walk to the city centre and plenty of buses if needed. There are few supermarkets near by. Collection of books in the property is amazing, and there is even a small office room if needed.

There is no free parking on the street near by. We came by car and had to pay for the parking. Near the apartment the parking is mon- fri 8:30-5:30 is about £3 per hour and limited by 4 hours with no return. The closest long stay parking about £15/day. If you come for a weekend the parking is not a problem, but during the week days it can be inconvenient and pricey.
