DERobyn was available from beginning to the end-to open the gate for us, give us local food recommendations, make sure we had everything we could in spite of an unscheduled power outage. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot water shower was very welcome

power box was damaged by thunder a lighting. they didn't use generator. main bedroom cardboards doors were broken. shower wasn't to our perfection
