The staff was very kind

- The room was very old, the windows wouldn't close, everything was rusty, it was very dirty, and the towels and bed linens were dirty. -The sink was clogged, there were mosquitoes everywhere, and the walls were covered with dead insects -oud music was playing all night

Good location, the property is in the park with plenty of trees , plants and peacock birds walking freely. It is a very calm place with exceptional historical and cultural background, dating back in 1928, when, after thorough investigations of the soil, the Serbian and Yugoslav king Alexander Karadjordjevic bought the surrounding land to establish a wine yard, and named it after his wife, queen Maria, who was the daughter of Romanian queen, also named Maria. All the old buildings are well preserved and a wine production of high quality has been sustained until today. There is a good restaurant serving local food and wines with an opportunity to taste all the production. This place is of particular interest for those who honor Serbian history, and Romanian pre WW2 history, as well as for all others who can appreciate history, culture, wine tasting and calmness of unique nature, which is a mix of mediterranean and continental climate. Very helpful stuff and the guide at the reception!

The bed mattresses could be renewed. The advertisement on the Booking.com site! It has been created by someone who either doesn't know the historical facts, or deliberately mixes the details from different historical periods to create something that has never existed, it really looks ridiculous! The flag on the site has the red five-pointed star, which was the flag of former Socialist Federative Republic Yugoslavia, led by Tito, and his communist dictatorship regime, while King Aleksandar and Queen Maria where leading Yugoslavia in the period between the two World Wars, when the country was called a Kingdom of Yugoslavia, and has had a parliamentary democracy, and the flag was with the same colors, but WITHOUT the red five-pointed star! It is important to stress that today's Republic of Northern Macedonia, WOULD NOT EXIST without tremendous war efforts and victims of the Serbian army in the WW 1, led by Petar Karadjordjevic, and his son Aleksandar, the latter king of Yugoslavia and the establisher of Queen Maria Winery!
