"Great stay"

A very clean and comfortable room in an excellent location. Breakfast is excellent and Simon and Lane make you feel so welcome and relaxed. Not our first visit and will be returning

"Lovely break in Whitby"

The breakfast was delicious and varied. Also the owners are so friendly - thanks Simon and Lane. The location is good for touring Whitby. The room was spotlessly clean.

Nothing wrong really. I meant to ask if they had tried giving guests in room 4 a robe as you have to walk down a corridor to the bathroom but didn’t get round to it!

"A very pleasant stay and good value for money. Very close to the beach and harbour"

The breakfast was great, and it was made to order. The location was central to everything we had planned. The host was very welcoming and attaintive and accomodated all our requests.

This is an amazing guest house. Simon and lane who run it are ever so nice and friendly , the guest house is spotless and the breakfast is amazing .
