i saw some pics in the booking.com that's why i select the room, its completely different from the picture and the room had very bad smell also. I booked ac room, ac's are not working that's why complained about that the staff but they did not care about my request. they are trying hide hotel's negatives. finally they shifted me to 5 or 6 rooms . Finally understood the Ac's are not working properly because they are not doing proper service. at the last i get in one room it was also not good and ac was not working but the time was already late i think around 12.30 am ii was tired also that's why i didn't go to any other rooms. finally i took room with not working ac but i have already paid for ac room. i will not select that room anymore waste experience ever. please frequently visit these hotels and make sure they are giving right details or not.
