I loved that it literally has everything you could need and there is instructions for everything too which helped a lot.

Lovely unit. Great to have a kitchen and also a garage for my car. I was able to walk to my conference. Unit was very clean and I enjoyed staying there.

Only issue I had was I couldn't get the air conditioning to work but it was better to open the balcony door anyway.

The apartment was lovely and clean. Easy to find. A great place to return to after a day out. Despite the many residences close by, it was very quiet.

The garage was great for one car. However, the street parking was very crowded and a second car would have been difficult to park.

The property was very clean and organised. Everything had instructions for ease of use.

A great stay, easy to get to and park, lots of cheerful hints and info, smart and great accommodation/appliances. Our best stay in our 3 weeks in NZ.

When I first stepped into this double-storey apartment, I was really surprised: it was so nicely decorated and spacious. I really didn’t expect to get such a nice apartment at this price. On the ground floor is a well-equipped kitchen, and the sitting room, with a balcony outside. By the side of the sitting room is the garage where we parked our car. Upstairs on either side is a bedroom with a bathroom. Everything is so clean and tidy. The host is very nice, too, responding to our requests promptly. The location is very quiet and close to the city centre. I really wish I can stay there for a few more nights!

Quiet and nice to have bedroom upstairs with ensuites for each bedroom

The rubbish collection bins were disgusting with some form of human or animal waste the whole general waste bin was covered in brown slush that smelt like a sewer. The shower in the lefthand side bedroom has a faulty shower head that drops down when turned on fully. We had to shower in the righthand side bedroom's shower or it wouldn't rain down on our heads. The code to get in was not the code we were given, so we had to call up and find out how to get in and after phoning and email did someone reply to our problem. The code had changed and I had nothing in my emails that I could see of this change.
