Very well stocked and maintained.

The property was beautiful and clean! It had everything needed to make it a home away from home! We had a very comfortable stay. The check in and out process is super simple and self managed by smart locks on the door and key codes. The property has a full kitchen which the host has stocked with essentials. The property has some subtle and some not so subtle references to elements of hobbiton and the lord of the rings universe which gave it a very special touch. The property was cosy however spacious enough to accommodate up to four people comfortably with two bedrooms each with its own bathroom and shower. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a lovely note on the table from the host and a little pack of m&ms to welcome us both which was a lovely little touch. I would definitely stay here again it was a very enjoyable experience.

At the time we stayed it was very warm and the bins appeared not to have been put out and emptied for collection. Due to this the property was inundated with small little flies which although not particularly harmful were at times quite annoying and bothersome. Whilst cooking there were a few essentials that I found missing from the kitchen which although didn’t make any difference to the quality of our stay, I found this to make cooking just that little bit harder. There was no measuring jug available and no cup measurement instruments (table and teaspoon however were available). Although instructions were provided on how to use the oven it proved to be a little difficult to figure out at first as the time must be set on the oven to ensure it turns on and works correctly. There was air conditioning in the downstairs areas of the house however upstairs, even through fans had been provided and instructions on how to keep the room cool, it was like sleeping in a furnace. I imagine in the height of summer it to be extremely hot and difficult to sleep.

Very well maintained property with a modern home setting. Spacious rooms,nice and clean bathrooms with shower trays and heated towel racks.This two bedroom townhouse with a single garage provided all the necessary furnishings for our comfortable living. Very quiet place conveniently located near to Hamilton town centre (less than 5 km drive). Plenty of asian, Indian style eateries in about 5 to 8 mins drive

Bedrooms didn’t have air-cons but was provided with pedestal fans. Since the weather was very pleasant throughout our stay we really didn’t need it however, in summer this is a must.there were some small insects from the indoor plants around the living area which made us a bit uncomfortable. Moving your car from the driveway into the garage is a bit difficult due to a limited driveway space and if it were to be a big car it could have been really challenging.

Good access to Hamilton, unit was very clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Felt safe in the area. Good having a lock up garage although a tight fit .

If you have heavy or a lot of luggage the stairs are a challenge . Having a toilet Downstairs would have been nice.

It was very well appointed with everything you could need . The beds were lovely and they had catered for all the little extras that help when travelling .

The general area was tucked away , best described as best property in a bad street . You need a car to get to town and drive and access is quite tight .

Warm and having a garage to unload the car in the rain
