Modern 2 bedroom apartment with ensuite attached to each room. Clean, tidy, welcoming.

Initially I was a bit disappointed with location, as I'm not too familiar with Hamilton .But the street was quiet, and having a car it didn't take us long to get anywhere.

We liked everything about our stay . The place was perfect for us and our son to attend his graduation at the university of Waikato a short 10 minute walk away.

It’s a nice new unit. Unfortunately the toilets are upstairs.

This property was absolutely perfect and full of extras to provide a beautiful home away from home. Thank you, Isaac and Annie.

Spacious and homely with all the modern amenities. Everything was great - from host's responses to the cleanliness of the property. Location is a short drive to the city. Walking to University of Waikato.

Communication from the host and the property instructions in the apartment.

There was tea and coffee but no milk to put in them. Even small UHT pots would be helpful. There were no face wash cloths in the bathroom. There was liquid body wash in the shower but nothing to apply it with. Stairs up to the bedrooms wad a mission with heavy travelling suitcases. The driveway was very narrow and we were unable to get our average sized sedan into the very narrow garage.

Loved being able to park our car in the garage. The area was very quiet. The bedrooms were a good size and each had their own bathroom. The bathrooms were roomy and showers great. We had all the amenities that we needed. The location on the south side of Hamilton was ideal for our other activities. All communications were great and all information very helpful.

There was no dish cloth to wipe the kitchen bench.

The home was very nice. On a dead-end street in a quiet neighborhood. All of the rooms were very spacious.

Parking was a little difficult as we were in a larger SUV and it did not fit in the garage. Usually we were able to find a close spot on the street. We were unaware that both bedrooms were upstairs (maybe we didn't read the description correctly?) and dragging suitcases up and down the stairs wasn't the easiest thing to do. We also could not find the iron and ironing board (one of the main reasons we booked this place was so could do our laundry) and the hosts told us they were locked in a closet.
