Location was excellent near city centre & beach. Could easily walk everywhere.

People coming or going with steps heard on hard surface of landings. Nothing could be done about this (they live there we are visitors) & they were not being noisy just the sound did come through. Shower overflowed which host did respond to straight away & say could attend next morning (though we were leaving anyway).

Clean and cozy

The apartment was sooo nice, clean and tidy, newly renovated room in an old building. It has everything you need for a city trip, even beyond. The host was super respondent, he waited us in the evenig so we can check in and take our keys. There were coffee, tea, water and some snaks prepared for us, witch make us feel really welcome. There were an additional towels and pillows. The location is also nice if you travel with public transport (6-7 min walk from the central station) and want a short city walk.

The only thing that didn't like us was the noise. There was no outside noise, but the neighbors were loud through the night and early in the morning and you could here everything. The most unpleasant thing was the front doors in the building, as they were an old doors with an old locking mehanism and the only way for closing them was by slaming them. Also there is a little window above the front door which wasn't the problem by itself but the fact that the light in the corridor is non stop lighting and when you go to bed the room is lighten up by it. Just bring in case some earplugs and a sleeping mask - so you can be prepared.

comfortable apartment, located within walking distance to the train station, which allows you to easily travel around the region by train or bus. also to the historical part of the city a few minutes walk. many different shops are available nearby. the apartment is cozy with good repair and design. there is everything you need. cozy balcony, where you can drink coffee in the morning or wine in the evening)

The property was nice and as presented but my poor review reflects disappointment at how the issue of flooding in the bathroom on evening 3 and 4 of a 4 night stay has been responded to by the host and booking .com.

The drainage became blocked on evening 3vand 4 of a 4 night stay. The host rejected my request for 25 % refund for two evenings of mopping and associated inconvenience of not being able to.use the shower, reduced flushing of the toilet and the bidet outflow coming up through the shower outflow. I appreciate this was an unfortunate incident. Plumbing problems do happen sometimes. I hope that it has been resolved for future visitors. However our visit was impacted by this experience. The host claims this was our fault because we mopped up the flooding rather than summoning him immediately. Booking.com response was equally disappointing. They asked me to upload pictures but I could not upload video which showed the standing water in the walk in shower. Then they closed down the complaint. Please do not book unless you have assurance that flooding risk is resolved.

The property was clean and in a good location. You can easily access the Central Station and the Old City of Bari. It was a great decision to stay at BellBell Charme Maison.

Excellent location, in the middle of the city, really easy to find. The apartment looks amazing, from the attention to details to the aspect of the whole unit.

Sometimes during the morning, the neighbors are a bit loud.

Fantastic stay, the apartment is in a great location (close to the station, center and good restaurants). It is equipped with all the essentials, clean and comfortable, and contact with the owner was seamless. We recommend :-) A couple of tourists who love Italy
