"Gepflegte Anlage"

Die Lage und das Personal war super. Der Pool und die Anlage war sauber, gepflegt, Grün.

Kein Wifi, W-Lan im Appartement, ausschließlich nur im gesonderten Raum, Empfang vom Management. Extrakosten wurden beim Aus-checken für Strom, Warmwasser,... je Übernachtungstag veranschlagt, welche nicht auf der Seite aufgeführt sind.

It is a shame this nice place with great staff is infested with apartment owners who treat it as their private kingdom. I live in Italy and have done for 15 years I listened to their constant chattering for almost a month.

Constant building noise. Rude apartment owners. Massage was never provided. I was told when I checked out early due to constant noise that I had to pay for electricity which I refused to do.

Richieste di soldi da parte del personale di servizi già pagati ed inclusi (soggiorno 4 persone )malfunzionamento sistema idrico poi risolto grazie all’ intervento di alcuni signori abitanti del residence ,poca chiarezza su costi generali o servizi aggiuntivi da parte della ricezione

Struttura accogliente. Ho soggiornato in un bilocale ristrutturato e funzionava tutto e la cucina aveva tutto il necessario . Staff molto gentile e disponibile
