Buratwangi Joglo House

Really spacious, well decorated room. Kind staff. A totally comfortable stay all in all. Only the breakfast could be a little heartier

What you will like: The atmosphere, the outlook, the semi-outdoor bathroom separated by full glass and curtains, the calm and vivid garden. The refrigerator (maybe you want to switch off during the night), the silent air-conditioner. The garden has some fish, and for them a pump is always rotating water like a small fountain, which has splashing sound. (This can be a plus for some people, but also a disturbing noise for others.)

What you won't like: This outside supersmall house stands on small columns, but the thin wooden floor are always pushing under your feet with disturbing noises. The thin wooden walls, which are letting in the midnight music even from far from outside. The bathroom door, which plays the horror movie sounds when you move it. It's disturbing, when you would sleep, but the other needs to go to the bathroom during the night. Also it has a strange, inconvenient lock, but only from the room's side, not from the toilet side, and it doesn't want to keep closed without locking it, but keeps its base position in half-open. The water pressure is low, which is strengthened by an electric pump. This works also in a very strange way like heartbeat. ... don't forget that your walls are thin, so you will hear clearly this pump working. After you flushed the toilet, it keeps pumping while it's reloading the flusher.

I had a wonderful stay at this homestay. The beautiful garden provided a peaceful setting, perfect for relaxation. The room was well-furnished and very comfortable. The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming. Highly recommended!

A beautiful & highly recommended place that's situated between Kerobokan and Denpasar for its cleanliness, lush greenery surrounding the property, very accommodating staff & owner, wi-fi, bathroom, tasty simple breakfast & very good value for money.
