A new property including nice and quite garden - and all hidden near the city centre ;-) Plus very friendly and communicative host. One of the best "appartments" I visited in last years. If I will return to Kutaisi in future I will be really happy to stay here again.
Just a small thing: A few more shelves in the large closet would be nice.

Шикарный маленький отель! Номера просторные. Всё новенькое. Постель чистейшая, матрас очень удобный. Ванная чистая и удобная. В номере есть даже маленькая кухня со всеми приборами. Двор утопает в зелени. Просто сказка! Пикриа хозяйка отеля приветливая и очень хорошая милая девушка. Местоположение в центре недалеко от фонтана, но при этом находится в тихом и удобном месте. Очень очень комфортно было!
