ROBBED AND ASSAULTED IN THIS HOUSE. DO NOT STAY HERE. Ongoing Ponta Delgada police investigation for assault. Windows have to be left open for AC to work. I complained that rooms were so hot. Property management entered home without notifying us when we were sightseeing and left windows open for AC to work. At night thieves entered and everything stolen: passport, drivers license, cash, credit cards, and rental car with keys. Property manager did not take responsibility for this. Blamed me for leaving windows open. Yet there is dialogue (see pictures) where they instructed me to keep windows open AND they sent a staff into the house when we were sightseeing that opened our windows to the public. All of our suitcases were in the house with windows open to the public while we were sightseeing without our knowledge. They still have not explained why they sent someone to the house who left the windows open. At night thieves entered the room where my 2 year and 4 year old were sleeping and stole everything. Our families life was at danger. It has been a nightmare. When I asked for a refund the property manager said I was careless for leaving windows open and it put house art work at jeopardy. La maison est très joliment décorée, fonctionnelle, agréable et idéalement localisée à Ponta Delgada.

A decoração é fantástica com objetos de uma artista micaelense. A localização muito boa. O Sr. Carlos extremamente simpático.

O Ar condicionado talvez fosse uma questão a melhorar.

Ein schönes Haus im Zentrum

Ponta Delgada hat Fluglärm von 6 Uhr bis Mitternacht. Da kann die Unterkunft nichts dafür, ist aber bei der Wahl zu berücksichtigen.

Os anfitriões foram amáveis e possibilitaram-nos check-out tardio, o que era muito importante para nós. A casa está bem decorada e é agradável. Está bem localizada, permitindo visitar Ponta Delgada a pé, existindo vários restaurantes, farmácia e mercearias nas proximidades. Para quem gosta de visitar a ilha de carro, há estacionamento gratuito perto do alojamento.

Demorámos a habituar-nos aos colchões das camas. Algumas peças de arte estão localizadas em zonas de passagem, o que exige cuidado acrescido.
