The road to the facility is bad

The room was elegant, cozy, very neat and everything in order

It was pleasant to be informed that the road project will be underway soon. Kindly have rules for guests in order so as to control guests' behaviour and ensure respect of each other in different rooms.

There was nothing to like. The accommodation does not exist.

We were given an address that was incorrect. Then when we tried to call and ask for the proper address and directions the person on the other end of the line couldn't help us. There was a continuous crackle in the background on the phone. Conversation was difficult to hear so we moved to another location to call. We still could not hear the person very well. When we eventually could get some info. We were told to drive at least another 3km away from the given and advertised address to the Hardware Store on the main road. When we got there, there was no visible signage for the whereabouts of the Thornville Guest House. We rang the number again, got the crackling noise again. and the same person with whom the conversation was very difficult to understand. He did speak English. However we managed to repeat several times to the person on the other end of the line that we still cannot find the place and can they send someone out to this location to come and direct us to the accommodation. This was unsuccessful because the person implied that he doesn't know where the landmark that he gave was. Eventually after about an hour with us driving up and down, and asking locals if they knew of this Thornville Guest House in the vicinity a man in a utility bakkie offered to help us. We followed him in our car. Half way he stops and picks up a youth, who apparently was the person we had been trying to converse with for the last hour. We followed him, turned off the main road into a clay dirt road full of very deep pot holes, making driving on it very slippery and bumpy. After driving for about 500m like this and just before we started to descend down a steep hill, we decided that this is definitely not what we were expecting. We stopped and told both of them we were cancelling, thanked the 'helper' driving the ute, turned around and drove out of this village. This was definitely not what was advertised on Booking.com.

We loved it , everything was perfect actually feel like home.

Other guests were making too much noise, we can't blame the place for that .

The setting was good and peaceful and very clean big enough

There was no aircon and their admin is not appropriate
