"Dissapointed."

The location was good. The fit and interior decoration, including lighting, were good. Staff on the phone and online were pleasant.

The room was not what was shown to sell the suite and room. The soundproofing was not great. Could hear next door and the chairs outside were used by people who were loud and drunk until very late.

"Lovely accommodation. Room a little on the small side, but comfortable. Right in the heart of Chania"

Great location... just a very short walk to the front and all the bars, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good.

We had to leave the car outside of the town, so we stayed in Chania for the whole time. Which was great, but meant that we didn't get to see further afield.
