"Very good location and beautiful garden and appeal. Sheets soft and rooms very quiet."

The shower hot water was inconsistent from going cold to burning me having to constantly adjust the taps. Breakfast was made elsewhere and brought cold covered with cling wrap. With margarine and no jam with one slice of toast. Bit over priced.
